DMV BREZE Cleaning Service Terms & Conditions 

  

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with booking our services. 

  

Booking Confirmation

Booking service through our website does not guarantee a spot for your preferred date and time. We will contact you via email or phone to confirm your booking. 

  

Reservation Deposit

To secure your cleaning date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $70 will be applied. This deposit will be deducted from the total cleaning price. 

  

Cleaning Crew

Our cleaning crews typically consist of two members, occasionally requiring additional cleaners due to the complexity of the work or busy schedules. We make efforts to minimize the rotation of cleaners in your home while ensuring sufficient cross-training of our technicians. 

  

All our employees undergo rigorous background screenings and drug tests before joining our team, providing you with trustworthy and accountable staff. 

  

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to deny or terminate service in cases of safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, presence of weapons on-premises, severe clutter, or disconnected utilities. 

  

Our employees may choose to leave a home if it is in an extremely unsanitary condition or if they feel unsafe or threatened. If you book an unreasonable cleaning, our cleaners may refuse service, and you will be subject to a cancellation fee. 

  

Cleaning Day Preparation

The cleaning price is based on the assumption that you will tidy up to allow our cleaners easy access to the areas/surfaces to be cleaned, such as floors, countertops, and tabletops. If you wish our cleaners to handle these tasks, please notify us in advance, and the cleaning fee will be adjusted accordingly. 

  

Add-On Services

Additional services, such as cleaning interior windows and sills, detailing blinds, baseboards, dishes, inside kitchen cabinets, oven, fridge, sweeping inside the garage, patio cleaning, carpet washing, and other special services, are available at extra charges. 

  

Pets

We are pet-friendly and will gladly work around your pets. However, we ask that you limit indoor pet activity during the cleaning for efficiency and safety reasons. If your pet presents an anxious or unsafe situation, our employees have the right to leave the premises. 

  

Service Fees

The prices quoted are based on our experience, but we may adjust them based on the actual condition of the home. If we cannot reach you to discuss the adjustments, and the crew has to leave, a cancellation fee will apply. 

  

We reserve the right to reevaluate rates at any time if the cleaning time significantly differs from the original bid. 

  

Payments

To secure your cleaning date and time, a deposit of $70 is required. Payments must be made on the day of cleaning by check, cash, or credit card. 

  

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. In case of any missed items, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will rectify the error at no additional charge. 

  

Recurring Service Discount

Recurring service discounts start after the first cleaning service. If you skip cleanings, causing the frequency to be lower than agreed, your price may be increased. 

  

Rate Increases

We may adjust your cleaning rate at any time during the year if there are changes to the service schedule or your home situation, such as remodeling, change of address, number of occupants, or significant addition of furniture. 

  

The client’s rate shall be increased annually, not exceeding 8% of the current rate. 

Lockouts

The client is responsible for making the service location accessible to our personnel on the scheduled service day. If the team is locked out, we will attempt to contact you to arrange entry. If we are unable to reach you within 20 minutes of the arrival of the cleaning team, the scheduled cleaning will be skipped, and a $70 late cancellation fee will apply. To avoid this fee, provide us with a key or access code to your home. 

  

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change, but please give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a $70 cancellation fee. We value your trust and reserve time especially for your cleaning appointment. 

  

Alarm

If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure it is in the off position during our visit or provide us with the code and proper usage instructions. If the code changes, please inform us to prevent any lockout charges. 

  

Use of Homeowner’s Vacuum

If you request to use your vacuum, we will not assume liability for any damage to the unit. We do not maintain or repair client-owned vacuums, and we won’t be responsible for any repairs. Please ensure your vacuum is in working order before our visit. 

  

Cleaning Supplies

We bring all the necessary equipment and products for cleaning your home. If you require the use of green cleaning products exclusively, kindly inform us before we start the service. 

  

If you prefer to use your cleaning supplies, please be aware that we are not liable for any damage associated with those products. If you opt for this, please have the cleaning chemicals and supplies ready for our use. 

  

Items We Cannot Clean

We specialize in general cleaning and cannot be held liable for any mold-related risks in clients’ homes. Additionally, we cannot clean hoarding homes or areas containing any animal or human body fluids, blood, feces, vomit, cat litter boxes, bird cages, urine, or excretions. 

  

Unreachable Areas & Heavy Items

For safety and liability reasons, our employees cannot climb higher than a step stool or work outside your home. We are also unable to move objects weighing more than 35 pounds. If you need cleaning behind heavy objects, kindly move them prior to our visit. 

  

Breakage/Damage & Loss Policy

While rare, accidents can happen during cleaning. Our cleaners exercise reasonable care, and we carry insurance for damage or breakage caused by our cleaners. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation of items in your home, artwork, collectibles, or family heirlooms not disclosed during the booking process. 

  

Please inform us of any fragile items before our service and let us know how you would like them handled. 

  

Cleaners Arrival Window

We schedule our cleanings to minimize travel time and avoid additional fees. While we will try our best to accommodate your preferred time, no specific times are guaranteed. We schedule cleanings between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, but unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams or weather may cause slight delays. 

  

Holidays

DMV BREZE Cleaning Service does not provide service on holidays. If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule. The following holidays will be observed: 

– Independence Day 

– Thanksgiving 

– Black Friday 

– Christmas Eve 

– Christmas Day 

– New Year’s Eve 

– New Year’s Day 

  

Inclement Weather

We will be closed for business when weather conditions prevent Snohomish & King County School Districts from opening. 

  

Key Release

Client keys are coded and stored securely. In the event you choose to leave a door unlocked or place a key in an unsecured location, we will not be held liable for any damages or theft to your home. We will return any client keys in our possession within 48 hours of termination/cancellation of services. 

  

Non-Solicitation of DMV BREZE Cleaning Service Employees

As a customer, you agree not to solicit our cleaning employees to work directly for you. Our cleaners undergo thorough background checks, reference verifications, and comprehensive training. Attempting to hire our employees directly would be in violation of our policy. 

  

Governing Law

Any claim relating to DMV BREZE Cleaning Service and our website shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State] without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

  

Changes to Terms & Conditions

DMV BREZE Cleaning Service reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
